Among Us , the vampire-villain-like game about killing your friends in space, is working on a new map. It's time to get lost, captured and re-accused on a different spaceship left for dead. Innersloth released this image today showing just a portion of the new map, warning players to watch out for another announcement coming next month at The Game Awards.
Innersloth previously announced that they are working on a major new map as a free update. They expect it to be bigger than Polus and have new tasks to tackle. It's apparently based on the old Flash game Henry Stickmin .
But wait, there's more. Also watch out for The Game Awards in December because "the situation there is getting really suspicious," Innersloth says.
Given that The Game Awards has always been a lot of trailers and marketing tools for games, it seems exciting to assume that Innersloth will show some kind of video with an announcement during the show. Or who knows? Perhaps some of the awards show will take place in space aboard the fictional ship of Between Us.
