League of Legends Astronaut Skins Coming in Patch 11.13

LoL 11.13 patch notes are currently on PBE servers. New Astronaut skins are coming to the valley in the patch, which focuses on Item and Rune changes.

The second patch of June arrived at 11.13 PBE, bringing with it a whole new set of extensive cosmetic and balance changes. With the 11.12 update released recently, Dr. Mundo overhaul and Pool Party skins were included in the game. Beautiful astronaut costumes await us in the new patch. As reflected in the patch schedule, the LoL 11.13 patch notes release date is set for Wednesday, June 23, when changes made through testing hit the live servers .

Tahm Kench Rework

Statistics

Base health: reduced from 600 to 570
Health per level: reduced from 100 to 95
Base armor: reduced from 47 to 42
Mana per level: increased from 40 to 50

abilities

Tasting (Passive)

Attacks deal (2.5% Health) bonus magic damage. Adds a charge of Taste for 5 seconds against champions, up to 3 times.
At 3 stacks, Q and W are empowered against that champion.

Tongue Wound (Q)

Mana Cost: 50/46/42/38/34
Cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds
Deals [80/130/180/230/280 (+70% AP)] magic damage to the first enemy hit and slows them by 40% for 2 seconds.
On champion hit, he heals Tahm for [6/7/8/9/10%] of his missing health and applies a charge of Taste. If that Champion already has 3 Taste stacks, he will also be stunned for 1.5 seconds, consuming stacks.

Raw (W)

Mana Cost: 50/65/80/95/110
Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds
Dive and reappear at the target location, deal [100/135/170/205/240 (+100% AP)] magic damage and knock up all enemies in an area for 1 second.

Like a Belt (E)

Free of charge
Cooldown: 3 seconds
Passive: 45/50/55/60/65% of the damage Tahm Kench takes is stored by his E ability. While out of combat for more than 4 seconds, the ability is quickly consumed, healing Estimation for 30-100% of its value.
Active: Turn all your stored E ability into a shield lasting 2.5 seconds.

Taste Journey (R)

Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds
Tahm Kench devours a champion for a few seconds. He can rethrow them to spit them out.
