League of Legends LPL All-Star Event to be Held in January

The postponed League of Legends LPL All-Star event finally has an official date, and fans will be able to see their favorite pros on January 1 and 2, 2021. The League of Legends All-Star event for the LPL was supposed to be held in December as an offline event in Chengdu. It was delayed due to the emergence of new COVID-19 cases in the city very close to the venue where the event was held.

In a recent tweet, the LPL English Twitter account announced the details of the All-Star event. The post reads, "After full communication with relevant departments and clubs, the LPL All-Star Weekend will be held on January 1 and January 2, 2021. All-Star event for the LPL will feature an all-star match between the two teams this year with the most voted players. There will also be a separate event for rookies and will feature players joining the LPL pro scene after 2019.
