LoL 11.15 Patch and Guardian of Light New Champion Akshan

Akshan is a mid laner shooter. His primary weapon is a hook pistol, and his passive attack is an explosion that deals damage after every three hits. He also has a boomerang that distributes damage among his enemies and reveals them, and can swing in the air with his hook while wielding his weapon. Its feature called Tit-for-Tat allows Akshan to channel his power into his weapon and discharge a rain of bullets to the place where he is locked on the target. Tit-for-tatcan also be used while swinging with the Akshan hook. It's only happened a few times before in League of Legends that a champion can use two special abilities at the same time
Compared to other assassins in League of Legends, Akshan has no slowing or crowd control features. Instead of these traits , Akshan has the ability to resurrect allies, making him the strongest of the team when his allies succumb to the enemy. This is Akshan 's assassin skill. When his own teammates are defeated, he marks the enemy and after defeating him, his teammates can be revived.
Jeevun Sidhu, one of the LoL designers, explained, “We've been watching the shooters play mid lane for a while, and none of them seemed to belong where they were. They didn't have the crowd control or goal attainment traits that champions designed for mid lane do. We wanted to combine both the assassin style and the sniper feel and combine these two styles in the mid lane.”
Apart from Akshan, there are a lot of balance-shifting things in 11.15 that will be useful for solo and pro players. Irelia, Rumble, and Shyvana are just a few of the champions that have been modified.
