In our previous news, we said that we predicted that the Overwatch Summer Games 2021 will take place in early August. With a new twist, Blizzard announced on its Twitter page when this year's event will take place. The 2016 Overwatch Summer Games coincided with the Brazilian Summer Olympics. If we take into account that the Tokyo Summer Olympics, which were postponed last year due to Covid-19, will start on Friday, we can understand that the same tactic was followed.

The Overwatch Summer Games, which begin today, will run until August 10, 2021 . In other tweets, summer concepts of Symmetra, Ashe and Mei were introduced and new names were given to them.
Unsurprisingly, Symmetra's scaly outfit and fin-like accessories are named “Mermaid Symmetra”.

We can say that Ashe's chirpy Legendary skin, in contrast to its western appearance mixed with steampunk, attracts attention. “Poolside (Havu head) Ashe” has catchy details like her straw hat, sunglasses, arm cuffs and her gun looking like a water gun.

Finally, we saw Mei's Legendary skin. Designed as an ice cream vendor straight out of old Hollywood movies, "Sprinkle Mei" has blonde curls, red glasses and is really cute.
