Creative Assembly shared some basic information. He announced the recommended and minimum system requirements for the game, which was released on September 28.
Creative Assembly also reveals new graphics features to be released. These include Enhanced Screen Area Ambient Occlusion (SSAO), a new volumetric fog system in which air is condensed (producing god-ray effects), a new sharpening filter, and impressive wet-looking surfaces.
"Continuing the trend of optimization and performance improvement series, CA's second game in the fantasy strategy trilogy will be playable on a variety of computer systems," the company's website said. Alongside the minimum and recommended specs, Creative Assembly has revealed the 60 FPS game recommendation at 1080p.

The default graphics preset is set to high at 1920×1080 on the Campaign map, expected around 45-55 FPS, one 1v1, 20 units and 20 unit battles:
25-35 FPS on the Campaign map, plus the expected default graphics preset for 1v1, 20 units and 20 unit battles set to Low at 1280×720:
60 FPS+ on the Campaign map, expected in one 1v1, 20 unit and 20 unit battle, default graphics preset set to Ultra, running at 1920×1080:
Total War Warhammer 2 Skaven will be one of the upcoming races that will join the High Elves, Dark Elves and Lizardmen as playables. Another race, the Norscans, is available as a pre-order bonus and is playable in the game.
