"Action has been taken to permanently remove a large amount of cheaters from VALORANT. Players who report against these people are notified if they are currently logged in. Thank you for helping VALORANT provide a safe and competitive gaming experience."
Riot takes a very serious stance on competitive integrity and equality in its new Fps game.
If a cheat is caught, Vanguard will not only permanently ban their accounts, but also detect and ban system hardware IDs. Vanguard won't make cheating impossible, but it will make it very, very difficult for cheaters to play the game.
