Selected players receive a special card in packs next week for FUT fans to use to improve their teams . While the Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1 were in winter break, there were still top performances in La Liga and the Premier League. Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to return to TOTW this week after scoring goals and assists in Manchester United's 3-1 win over Burnley. Manchester City can also expect Rodri to possibly be included after he takes his last breath against Arsenal.
Elsewhere, Angel Correa gave a powerful cry after scoring both goals in Atletico Madrid's 2-0 win over Rayo Vallecano, while David Soria made four big saves in Getafe's 1-0 win over league leaders Real Madrid . We'll have to wait until Wednesday to know the official roster for Team of the Week 16 , but until then, here are our best guesses.

FIFA's Team of the Week drops weekly, so players can expect TOTW 16 to go live on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 10:00 am PT / 1:00 pm ET / 6:00 pm GMT and is usually announced shortly by EA. TOTW cards replace the player's regular cards in packs throughout the week, meaning the upgraded card is the only version that can be packed for seven days.
