To celebrate the game's 4th anniversary, Rockstar is offering discounts on tons of properties and vehicles, getting a big giveaway, and introducing a new Enemy Mode like "nightmare for Halloween."

These players will receive payments into their Maze Bank account on a date between November 6 and November 13.
As always, the update also introduces a new tool. This time it's the Vigilante equipped with rocket propulsion technology and front-mounted machine guns (making room for a missile booster). You can test the Vigilante vehicle in Transform Race Inferno and earn twice as much GTA$ and RP as bonuses from all Transform Races races until October 30th.
