Since the release of Valorant's closed beta, Sage's wall has been creating some crazy player development strategies that always take the enemy team by surprise.
Each of the maps in Valorant , Ascent, Haven , and Bind , are filled with vulnerabilities that can be easily exploited to strengthen Sage's walls.
Recently, after patch 1.06, Sage has been using his main ability walls , while Killjoy has been using his turrets to his advantage. By placing a Sage wall on top of a turret, players can now get a boost as well as a boost!
We call this a bug or glitch because such a strategy would just break the game and be too powerful to take part in competitive Valorant, let alone professional play.
And Riot Games is likely to change that in the upcoming updates.
Even if the upgrade strategy is unfair and overpowering, we don't recommend that you stop using it for your Ranked strategy. We believe all is fair when it comes to ranked climbing, and until the glitch is fixed, let's take a look at how you and your duo can use it:
YouTuber aka Gwegwy talked about some unique ways you can make the most of the Killjoy turret and Sage wall bug in Valorant .
In his Reddit post, he uploaded some clips on Ascent that show just how messed up the strategy can be, especially on the defensive side. Gwegwy mentions two specific areas on the map where you can make the most of the boost.
One person stands on the B-side where you can easily see the B-side and B-Tunnels and repel any offensive enemy attack on the area
The other is on the upper beams of the A side, using reinforcement, you can easily control the two entry points of A-main and A-long.
Now, Gwegwy may have demonstrated strategy with a "Ghost" weapon, but we think this would work best with an Operator and a Vandal, with a long range weapon it could be incredibly oppressive.
