The League of Legends 11.5 patch notes have been released on the PBE server, giving players a chance to test out some of Riot's in-game plans. In addition to some new skins, there are three yellow Bee skins, as well as changes targeting a few MOBA items, in the patch notes, which include a few champion and item changes that fans might like. As reflected in the patch schedule, the LoL 11.5 patch notes release date has been set for Wednesday, March 3.
The new champion skins Kog'Maw, Malhazar and Yuumi, coming with the 11.5 patch notes, are getting stylish bee-themed skins with this update. The new patch features three new Bee skins with quite different aesthetics : Bee'maw (1350 RP), Beezahar (1350 RP), and Yuubee (1350 RP) heralds the arrival of spring, while Yuumi is now a cat bee or a bee cat. fuels the debate.

The current state of the game is dominated by champions that deal high damage. These champions kill quickly and heal big, so in patch 11.3 top lane vigilantes were king. However, after their health debuffs and AP buffs, the champions started dealing massive damage, and it was those who dominated the picks that did the most. The last thing we need in 11.5 is more damage.
We don't need improvement to compensate for high damage, we need less damage to balance the game. Players heal on hit at a ridiculous rate, so champions that deal the most damage will last longer without a major boost as they can bully enemies with their power.
The addition of legendary items has been both a blessing and a nuisance for players. A boon for those who understand that their main champions synergize well with the broken legendary items they blast, but a nightmare for those on the other side of the single coin queue, players have to endure or adapt to the limited pool of valid champions.
The latest patch has almost completely eliminated the jungle role. After taking such a big step back, it's important for both pro play and solo queue that Riot does nothing to push the role further.
Champions with movement boost and gap-closing abilities are currently at the top of the food chain. But when these abilities take away a champion's usual mishaps, they go from being a useful tool to a broken mechanic. For example, Jhin's mobility is supposed to be an Achilles heel as a champion, but when you combine his jersey with his Galeforce active ability, he's over the edge of unfairness for enemy teams.
