Riot has shared several changes coming to League of Legends in this brand new season 13 as the preseason 2023 arrives. They've also shared more updated release specs for upcoming content and additions recently.
A few months ago, Riot announced that it would be releasing three new champions . One of these champions is Nazumah's Pride K'Sante. With the release of K'Sante in patch 12.21, two more champions remain to be released in season 13 . Alongside the new champions, they also revealed a lot of new information about the Ahri ASU estimated release date and the Aurelion Sol CGU.
Riot Reav3 announced the champion launch lineup for 2023 after releasing the 2023 pre-season roadmap video. However, with the early release of the K'Sante and Night of the Dread skins and the delay of the Aurelion Sol CGU, Riot has updated the champion spawn lineup.

They also added that they will be making more ASUs.
ASU, or Art & Sustainability Update, is where Riot updates the champion's image without changing their kit. The first champion to receive an ASU was Caitlyn and it was a huge success. Riot has not only updated its visuals, but also updated the VFX, sound lines, skins, and opening images. Similarly, they announced in the 2022 pre-season video that Ahri will also be getting an ASU. However, because Ahri has many skins, her ASU has been delayed until early 2023.
Riot Phraxzon stated in his dev diary video that they will be making a lot of ASUs in the future. Moreover, they are currently working on an ASU on a very popular champion. While Riot hasn't announced which champion will receive this rework, many think Miss Fortune, Lux, and even Lee Sin might get this new visual update .
