League of Legends 11.23 patch notes are coming to the main servers soon withbrand new Sweet Patisserie skins . Riot Games has released a set of 2022 pre-season changes that will stay on the PBE server for the next four weeks. The purpose of posting these changes on the PBE server is mainly for developers to get feedback from the community before releasing them in the main game. However, before we move on to the changes, let's just say that none of these have been finalized for release in the main game.
Let's take a look at all the changes and new skin skins released on the PBE as part of the LoL 2022 Pre-Season .
According to the League of Legends 2021 patch calendar, LoL 11.23 patch notes will be released on Tuesday, November 17, 2021. As Riot previously noted, the Pre-Season 2022 changes are coming with patch 11.23, so get ready for loads of new content soon.
Developers are adding many new champion skins and splash images to the game with patch 11.23 . New League of Legends Dessert Bakery skins are now available on PBE servers for Annie, Soraka, Vladimir, Gwen, Bard, and Sivir.
Sivir started out as a pastry chef, but has since moved on to 'front defense specialist'. His protective nature has gotten him into several fights with unruly customers, but Sivir's love for her job, friends, and cafe is the only thing she's really fighting for.
Good food can be healing, and Soraka works hard to infuse every cake she makes with delicious magic that makes her customers feel more alive the first time they walk in. While its origins are mysterious, the entire cafe agrees: Soraka's work is out of this world!"
Gwen is the friendly face of customer service for the cafe, always there to greet customers with a smile and a perfectly plated pastry. Don't be fooled though! She's not afraid to use her sugar clipper for other things when dishonest customers threaten her friends.
Annie, the cafe owner's daughter and a successful cake maker, has a sweet tooth to reckon with. Although occasional bouts of hunger swarm the cafe for any bite of food, Annie with a full stomach is sweet as candy!”
Bard is an unspoken connoisseur of the best coffee shops. No one knows if it has a purpose beyond simply enjoying the bakery, but Bard's visit instantly puts any cafe on the map!”

Alongside the Sweet Bakery skins , LoL 11.23 patch will also include two additional Arcane skins for Jinx and Caitlyn . These skins will be Free Rewards to celebrate Arcane's World Premiere . They will be added to the shop for 950RP after the event ends .
LoL players with Arcane Jinx and Caitlyn will get 4 Arcane skins from the previous update, including Arcane Vi and Jayce skins.

As announced by Riot Games, a number of changes have been made to the PBE servers for the 2022 Pre-Season period . Many new mechanics are being tested in the PBE, from new Dragons and objective rewards to new items and runes.
