Tencent has announced the world's newest hit game, with a new Battle Royale title called Europa set for the rising wave of PlayerUnknown 's Battlegrounds . The title seems to be mutable. So it has limited appeal for die-hard PUBG fans, but the game has very good potential reach.
However, the true story of most countries outside of Asia is important to business. Tencent is the fourth largest internet company in the world ( behind Facebook, Google and Amazon ) and owns some of the biggest games in the world, including League of Legends and Clash of Clans .
More importantly, they have a small stake in PUBG parent company Bluehole and were seeking a publishing deal for the hugely popular game. PUBG still has a small portion and that's not all. It also has a stake in Epic Games, which released the Unreal tech PUBG and introduced its own massive Battle Royale mode for Fortnite.
Europa is eagerly awaited by some PUBG fans, while others say PUBG is the best and they are not needed. But we think the game will still be loved and we are looking forward to it.
