The company announced on its official twitter account that the new series is ' Shan Hai Scrolls ', and LoL's new Shan Hai Scroll skins for Nautilus, Neeko, Jhin and Cho'Gath were released with live servers today.
Regarding scrolls, it is said that they contain magic. The magic power inside the ancient scrolls has been unleashed along with the new costumes, and those who control this magic will rule the valley. The main theme of the costumes is based on Neeko and Jhin. In the story, Jhin and his monster army seek to capture the valley and everyone else.
