Valorant 2.07 Patch Notes Leaks
Patch notes for the upcoming Valorant 2.07 update have been leaked online. All information, including the release date and what to expect from the patch, is included in the article.
Valorant 2.07 patch notes were leaked by data miner Floxay. The last few patches introduced to the game have focused mostly on the social aspect of the game, with the exception of -2.06. In the big 2.06 update that came last week , the developers who focused on Yoru and Viper, it seems that this patch will bring a boost to Astra. In the 2.07 patch notes , scheduled for release on April 13 , Raze will receive two quality-of-life updates and Viper will also receive a bug fix .
The rest of the changes will focus mostly on bug fixes, but not too big. The most notable fix in the patch notes was the fix for a bug that allowed agent Yoru to deploy Spike outside the bomb range using the Crackdoor - Interdimensional Transition combination.If Interdimensional Transition is active, Yoru will no longer be able to place Spikes after using her Breakthrough ability.
The update to Raze can be considered a nerf. Explosion packs are adding a sound cue similar to Jett's With the Wind, making it easier to track his movement. The visual effects of Raze explosions have also been updated to make them less messy and easier to see.

♦ Agent Updates
astra
Gravity Area
- Now attracts Agents who neutralize Spike.
- If it is removed from the destroy range, the disable will be interrupted.
Raze
- Added audio cues to indicate when the Explosive Bag is deployed.
- Updated Explosion and Showstop launcher VFX so they're less interfering and will exit the playing field faster.
viper
- Fixed a bug when calculating whether damage taken while rotten would be fatal for armored players.
- Most importantly, this was causing Marshal shots to reduce the enemy to 1 HP instead of killing them while the target was 50 degraded.
♦ Quality of Life Updates
- Improved feel of the ping wheel selection tool; this should now make usage feel more predictable.
- Cypher Booby Trap is now displayed to Observers along with the corresponding team color.
♦ Fixed Bugs
agents
- Yoru is no longer able to place Spikes after using Crashpot while Interdimensional Transition is active.
- Fixed an undesirable dome in the sky that Astra would see if she left her Astral form while casting an Omen ultimate.
- Fixed a bug where placing Killjoy's tower near Sage's Barrier Orb would sometimes break it.
- Cypher can no longer place the Hidden Camera on Cyber Cage shells.
- Fixed Killjoy's disabled Alarmbots chasing distant targets when re-enabled.
- Fixed Skye's Guide Light going underground when directly thrown down.
Competitive
- Fixed various localization issues related to server selector and promotion screen.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Match History filter to work incorrectly.
Social
- Fixed a bug where players would have to restart the client to get rid of competitive queue restrictions after their restrictions expire.
- Fixed a bug that caused some players to not be penalized for being AFK after a match ended during remakes.
- Fixed a bug that caused players using Russian keyboards to have problems with party push-to-talk.
- Fixed a bug that caused the voice chat settings of players switching to Thai keyboard to be reset.
Spectator
- Fixed an issue where spectators and observers would sometimes see incorrect aim vectors for sniper rifles with scopes when switching sights.
