Valorant new agent KAY/O's kit has been leaked. Over the past month , Valorant fans have been channeling their inner Sherlock Holmes to figure out who would be the newest agent to join the cast. Developer Riot has finally put an end to all speculation and released a short teaser trailer to inform players about both KAY/O's kit and gameplay. So, what are agent KAY/O's abilities ?
KAY/O is a bot that can disable some enemies' abilities. The robotic agent that will be included in the vanguard also features a spawn mechanic common in battle royale games, with a suppression feature that prevents the opposing team from using their abilities. With players who have to rely on gunplay rather than talent, KAY/O is definitely going to be "trouble".
In a statement about the new agent KAY/O 's skill set , Riot Games briefly said:
KAY/O is a war machine built for one purpose; disabling radians. His power to suppress enemy abilities undermines his opponents' fighting capacity, securing him and his allies ultimate supremacy.
♦ Ability E
The KAY/O has a thrust blade that sticks to the first surface it hits when launched. The blade then coils up and suppresses anyone caught within its blast radius, rendering its abilities useless.
♦ Q Ability
KAY/O equips a flash grenade that explodes upon launch, blinding enemies in sight. A great thing about his flash is that you can mix the timings and put the enemy team in a loop. Right-clicking fires a charged flash that will fire after 1 second, left-clicking fires the flash within 1.6 seconds.
♦ Ability C
KAY/O equips an explosive fragment that sticks to the ground when thrown. The piece explodes multiple times, dealing near-fatal damage in the center with each explosion.
♦ Ability X - Ultimate
It is instantly overloaded with polarized Radianite energy, which amplifies the KAY/O and causes massive energy pulses to be emitted from its location. Enemies hit by these blows are suppressed for a short time. This Ultimate has a very interesting passive ability as well as giving the agent a Combat Stim buff. If KAY/O is killed while in this state, he will enter an "unstable state" and can be revived by an ally, adding an extra decision-making pattern each turn.

As we have said, as a Vanguard, KAY/O can do great work in breaking through enemy defenses and lead your team to victory. The E ability can be great for creating space as enemies will likely try to move away from the area of effect or hit either way, making it a great scouting tool that can be paired with flashes for a quick entry.
With KAY/O's Third Episode: Reflection, only five days are left until its debut. So it would be wise for players to enter the range in preparation. The new agent will take its place on the live servers on June 23 as part of Valorant's Episode 3 , which will be released with the sizable 3.0 patch .
