VCT Champions 2022 Istanbul Group Stage Day 6 was an exciting experience for the audience. Fnatic went up against FURIA and they put up one final battle for Playoff seats.
Meanwhile, KRU Esports had their qualifying match against XERXIA. KRU Esports was victorious and XERXIA was eliminated from the tournament . XSET dominated FunPlus Phoenix and took its place in the Valorant World Championship 2022 Istanbul Playoffs.
All three series on Day 6 of Valorant Champions 2022 were quite exciting. There were a few iconic moments as all the teams gave an outstanding performance. We saw them all go to the final map with no team willing to surrender. Let's take a look at these pairings.

Highlights from Day 6 of the Valorant Champions Group Stage
XERXIA played the qualifying match against KRU Esports. Both teams played big games and tried to turn the results in their favor. The first map was taken by the KRU quite easily. However, XERXIA came back with a win on the second map. In the final map, KRU completely dominated and won the series 2-1. With this defeat, XERXIA was eliminated from the tournament.

FunPlus Pheonix played the Playoff qualifying match against XSET. While FPX persevered in Fracture (map 2), XSET managed to systematically destroy FPX in Breeze (map 3). FPX were relegated to the lower divisions after their defeat against XSET (1-2 points).

Fnatic played the qualifying match against FURIA. Fnatic was defeated on the first map and seemed to be having trouble executing their plans to fight FURIA. However, they managed to beat FURIA on maps 2 and 3 in a row and were eliminated from the tournament. Fnatic won 2-1 against FURIA.

At Haven (map 2), XIA Crws managed to take down five players from KRU Esports in round 8 and single-handedly dominated the entire A-site, smashing into trouble.

In Haven (map 2) KRU Mazino knocked out four players from XERXIA as defenders in a post-plant scenario. However, Mazino was unable to neutralize the spike and lost the round by just a few milliseconds.

In Icebox (map 1) FNC Derke was in a terrible state. It was a 3v5 scenario for FNC as attackers. Derke combined his first Operator hit and landed a secondary hit, making the round 3v3 for his team.

FURIA Khalil blew his smokes perfectly and secured round 20 for his team in Haven (map 3) with a mind-blowing four kills.

On the Fracture map, FPX Ardiis knocked out the entire XSET team, who rushed to the field with only one Classic and Shorty.
